We do not make money on materials, the price we pay is the price you pay.
As you will see below we will carry out all yur building, renovation, redecoration and maintenance works from new build to helping you with flat pack furniture. The old sayin is "No job too small and no job too big" but unlike others we mean it we have a number of staff trained for specific trades and jobs so we will send the correct person for the job even if it is a 5 minute flatpack assembly.
We have given prices on some trades below as a guide only we can charge per hour, per day, per week or a total cost. We would only be able to give a definate price if we see what and where needs works doing. Basic Trades
Electrical, we can fit a new light to an existing or fit a new one where non exists to part and full re-wires, our electrical services start from £15.50 per hour or we can give a quote with a total and we can supply materials at our cost price. (all our electrical staff are fully qualified electricians and carry the current part P)
Plumbing, We can fit a new washer, plumb in your washing machine re-new your bathroom suite or part and complete replumbing and new build plumbing. From fitting your gas appliances to removing old ones. From emergencies to major gas works. Our prices start from £15.50 per hour or we can give a fixed price onyour quote. (All our gas engineers are corgi registerd and all our plumbers are wrass registered.)
Carpentry, We can fit new skirting to building a staircase from hanging doors to built in wardrobes, from fixing that sticking door to exterior decking to fencing. In fact any and all woodwork within your home. Prices start from £15 per hour or as all our services we can give you a fixed price on your quote. (All our carpeters are fully qualified tradesmen).
Painting & Decorating, We can Paint from wall to a whole house from inside to outside from gloss to paperhanging from ceiling to floors all your decoration needs with prices starting from £12.5 per hour. Painting per square metre can be from as little as £6.25
Joinery, From Handmade wardrobes to dining tables. we can hand build any and all of your wooden furniture or copy your existing from beds to kitchen doors in pine, oak, beech, ash, and many more. We can usually hand build for less then shop bought products. Prices start from just £15. (our Joiners are highly trained and experienced in their field giving you a top quality product at low prices.)
Brickwork, We can buld your garden wall to your fish pond, from your new gararge to your new house. Standard brick/blockwork or specialised and pattered from modern to Victorian for all your brckwork and blockwork needs. Prices are extremely varied but as a guide only relate to approx £30 per square metre but this can go up or down depending on the works to be carried out.
Laminate flooring, We can fit all your laminate flooring from one room to all, from your living room to specialised waterproof for your bathroom. We can fit only or supply everything needed. Prices start from £12.50 per square metre including underlay.
Tiling, We can fit all your floor and wall tiles ceramic/porcelain/natural stone and conctrete, we can fit standard patterns or cut tiles to fit specific patterns to your or our design and requirements. We can fit only or supply anything needed. Prices start from £12.50 per square metre including adhesive.
Larger works
Garden Buildings, We can hand build your summer houses, sheds, garages and childrens playhouses. Prices start from £50 and go all the way up to a large 3 room building for £12000.
Extensions, WE can carry out extentions from small lean-to, to single storey, from porches to large 2/3 storey. As you will understand a cost can not really be given in this section due to the huge amount of styles and can cost anything between £600 to £1500 per square metre. We can also help with all your planning and building regulations as needed.
New Builds, WE can complete all new build works specialising in self builds and we can giv advice and a huge amount of help throughout or before your build. The cost of a new build is not quite as much as you may think and if you have your own land it is even cheaper. Contact us if you would like advice or if you think your garden may be large enough to build. A 4 Bedroom detached home can cost as little as £140,000 and a re-sale value of approx £325'000 so building on your own land/garden is worth a retirement fund.
